Lynn Bolton, the owner and creative genius behind Head in the clouds, the fast-growing and highly regarded producer of hand-made, upmarket meringues, chose alexandrapatrick to get up close and personal with her latest range of mouth-wateringly divine meringues.
Using only the finest quality ingredients, Head in the clouds hand produces meringues in a range of sensational flavour combinations. Launching their latest seasonal delights, including exquisite Christmas puddings, Lynn sought out experienced food photographer Duncan Callow to capture every intricate detail of her hand-decorated meringues.
