One to one coaching
One to one coaching is person centred which means it’s all about unlocking better choices for you. We build a collaborative relationship by guiding conversations to set your own direction for change. You’ll have a space for you to focus on what you want to achieve, one step at a time.
Walk and talk coaching
Walk and talk coaching provides an alternative to online or indoors coaching. The conversation and pace will be led by you and will be in a relaxed and natural environment. Walk and talk coaching works wonders to help you feel energised.
Being outdoors gives you space to gather thoughts, gain perspective and connect with nature. Walking and talking naturally boosts your mood, it’s a fresh approach to feeling energised. Positive energy feeds your focus.
Corporate coaching
Corporate coaching helps individuals remove the barriers holding them back at work. We work with them to elevate their health and wellbeing. Coaching is delivered bespoke in 60 to 90 minute sessions either online or in person at your workplace.
